 What payments are accepted

Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Electron are accepted subjest to security checks. The shipping address must match the credit card billing address on all credit card orders. We reserve the right to reject credit cards if name, address or other critical card information is not consistent. Payment must be received before the shipment leaves the warehouse. Wire Transfer is accepted, but can take up to 3 days. Cheques are accepted but can take up to 10 days to clear.

What warranty is offered

There is a 3 month Return to Base warranty from receipt (excluding batteries) on any faults arising. See below for warranty procedure.

We guarantee the batteries to last min 1 hour in normal use.

How long will it take you to ship my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, however, in busy periods this may increase to 48 hours.

Do you own your inventory?

We do stock most of the equipment that we sell at all times, however, if we find to be out of stock of a particular item we will contact you to discuss alternatives.Will will not send a substitute without your agreement first.

What happens once you have received my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been processed and also that your goods have been despatched, with details of the carrier selected. This email will also contain a tracking number for online tracking with the courier,making it possible on the following working day to check the progress of your delivery from their website. The carrier will advise you of the anticipated delivery date, but they usually operate on a next-day service.

What do I do if I have a problem with the goods I receive?

If you encounter any problems with your goods please contact us quoting you invoice and a description of the problem. We find most problems can be quickly and simply solved over the phone, however, if a fault arises and the item needs to be returned,we will issue a returns number (do not return any goods without this) which you will need to place clearly on the box. Once we receive the goods and confirm the problem we can replace the goods or issue a credit note. You are liable for the cost and insurance for the return of goods to us, we will pay the cost of shipping any replacements back to you
